begins with a revolving line of credit and, once the line is established,
you can create multiple fixed-rate loans with 5, 10, or 15 year terms.
Or, you can convert all or a portion of your credit line balance to
a fixed rate without re-applying. |

The Flagship line is good for as long as you own your home. As you
pay down the fixed-rate balance, your line of credit balance becomes
available (at the current variable rate). |

Closing costs are covered by AMB up to $500. A $50 annual fee applies,
and the first conversion fee is waived. Additional conversions are
$50 each. |

Plus, unlike many loans, the interest you pay on your home equity
loan or line of credit may be deductible from your income taxes. |
