Check out the Online Banking Demo to see all the features of Online Banking and how you can personalize your online banking experience.

3.
Is any of my personal information stored in the Online Banking product?
Yes, the Online Banking product stores your User ID, password and user preferences. If you keep a stock portfolio, that information is also stored.

4.
How current is my banking information?
All current transaction information is shown online. Your account history is updated Tuesday through Saturday with transactions that were posted to your account the previous business day. Please note that "memo-posted" items will disappear from the system late in the evening, to be "hard-posted" as prior-business day items by 6:00am the following morning.

5.
What accounts will I be able to access through Online Banking?
You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the Online Banking service. Our Online Banking Product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.

6.
How much account information can I view at once?
The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options > History Date Range, you can choose to view the previous 10 days, the previous 30 days, the previous 60 days, or the current month and the previous month. Or, you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month.

7.
How can I view the running balance in my Account History?
The running balance will automatically appear in your Account History when you click "View Recent Transactions" from the Account Summary page. To view the running balance for another date range, be sure to include the current date as the end date. The system relies on the current real-time balance to generate the running balance. For example, if the current date is May 28, 2008, and you need to view the running balances for January 2008, set the date range to 1/1/2008 through 5/28/2008. (Hint: if you normally view your history in descending order, you may want to change this to Ascending in User Options/Change History Default Sort Order, so that the January transactions will show at the top of the screen.)

8.
Can I view my account details in more than one way?
Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.

Online Banking supports downloads to Quicken, Quickbooks, Microsoft Money or as a comma-delimited text file.
