The board of directors of AMB Financial Services Corporation, parent
company of American Marine Bank, declared a $.35 quarterly dividend
at the Board's regular December Meeting. The dividend is payable to
all shareholders of record as of December 31, 2002. The dividend will
be payable January 15, 2003. |

President Rex Townsend has announced that Claire Chavanu has been
named manager of their branch at High School Road on Bainbridge Island.
Chavanu has been with American Marine Bank six years.
Chavanu, a Bainbridge
Island native with two children, enjoys living and working in her
community.

President Rex Townsend has announced that Darlene Jenkins has been
named manager of their branch located at Central Market. Jenkins,
formerly with Silverdale Bank, has been in banking 20 years.
Jenkins, a life
long resident of Kitsap County, resides in Silverdale with her two
children.

Home Office to Begin Remodel |

President/CEO Rex Townsend announced that American Marine Bank would
begin the remodel of their Home Office on Winslow Way in mid-April.
The project team includes Dennis Kirkpatrick - Kirkpatrick Architects,
Bruce Woolever - Toilsome Construction and Jackie Scherer as Project
Manager. When completed the remodel will greatly enhance the bank's
retail presence as well as improving intercompany effectiveness. The
bank will remain open during the remodel. |

the promotion of Donna Casper to Senior Vice President/Branch Administrator.
Casper has been with AMB since 1979 and has managed the Poulsbo and
Port Ludlow Offices.
Casper, a long-time
Rotary member, resides in Poulsbo with her husband Wayne.
