The Board of Directors of AMB Financial Services Corporation, parent
company of American Marine Bank, declared a $0.30 quarterly dividend
at the Board's regular December meeting. The dividend is payable to
all shareholders of record as of December 31, 2001.The dividend will
be payable January 15, 2002. In recognition of a superior year an
additional special dividend of $0.50 has also been declared with the
same payable dates. |

Rex Townsend, President and CEO of American Marine Bank announced
Calvin Springer has joined the staff of American Marine Bank as a
Vice President in the Trust and Wealth Management Department. Springer
will be responsible for business development of Trust and Investment
portfolios in Kitsap and Pierce County where he has been a resident
all of his career.
Springer brings
over 25 years experience to an already seasoned group of money manager

the Board's regular March meeting. The stock split will be effective

American Marine Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMB Financial Services
Corporation, announced the following promotions:
Donna Casper
was promoted to Vice President/Branch Administrator. With over 30
years experience in banking, Casper has most recently simultaneously
managed the Port Ludlow and Poulsbo Offices. Casper is a Bainbridge
Island native and currently resides in Poulsbo with her husband,
Wayne.
Marsha Sanders
was named Assistant Vice President/Trust Operations Officer. Island
native Sanders has been with the Banks Trust department since
1985, and lives on Bainbridge Island with her husband, Doug.
Linda Germeau
was promoted to Branch Manager of the Port Ludlow Office. Linda
has been with the Office since its opening in January 2000.
Germeau and her husband Richard live in Port Townsend.
Kristin Daniels
Till, appointed Branch Manager of the Poulsbo Office, began
her AMB career in 1991. Till has held many positions throughout
the bank, most recently in the Trust department. She and her husband,
Jason, reside in Poulsbo.
Cybelle Gonzalez
was named Operations Officer of the Home Office on Bainbridge Island.
Gonzalez has been with AMB since 1995 and lives with her husband,
Joe, and three daughters in Silverdale.
Mandy Colburn
was promoted to Operations Officer of the Seattle Office. Colburn
came to AMB in 1998, and has been in the Seattle Office since June
2000. She lives with her husband, Rich, and two sons in Bremerton.
